Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs routine daily maintenance of molds, pumps, heat exchangers, pump piping and fittings, and injectors. Includes cleaning and disassembly/reassembly to ensure proper operation. The person in this job is a key individual to shift production efficiency.
POSITION RESPONIBILITIES:
1. Performs routine mold cleaning and mold maintenance
2. Prepares molds for molding use
3. Cleans and performs minor maintenance on molder pump-stand equipment.
4. Cleans heat exchangers and heated hoses
5. Performs weekly inventory counts of stocked supplies and parts
6. Maintains cleaning and repair records
7. Operates bait molding machines when needed
8. Drives continuous improvement using Lean techniques
9. Drives continuous improvement within the QMS for Pure Fishing.
10. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
+ To perform this job successfully an individual must be mechanically inclined.They must be able to prioritize tasks based on daily workload.They must be able to follow directions and be a team player.
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2-4 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPETENCIES:
+ Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide.
+ Medium lifting, must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.Must be able to work an eight- hour shift on their feet.
+ Ability to apply common sense, understand and carryout detailed and somewhat involved written or oral instructions.Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
