Job Description:
Performs audits on incoming material using hand gagging and visual techniques to determine conformance to specifications and fitness for use.
Rectifies non-conforming material by rework, sorting, and/or scrapping as directed by the Team Leader
Uses methods such as de-rusting, grinding, drilling, tapping, assembly to rectify non-conforming material by using hand tools or other equipment
Must maintain high level of accuracy and have a keen attention to detail
Must be able to use basic hand tools such as gagging, drills, taps, grinders, and/or sanders to repair/clean parts
May need to read basic blueprints to determine tolerance of parts
May need basic knowledge of materials, production processes, and quality methods
This position is located in Spirit Lake, IA
The starting pay rate is $13-$14/hr depending on qualifications

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
