Dickinson County Mutual Insurance Association Dickinson County Mutual Insurance Association Spirit Lake, IA Spirit Lake, IA Full-time Full-time $18 - $22 an hour $18 - $22 an hour Responsibilities - Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Accounts Payable - Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner - Processing of insurance renewals and amendments - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Support the office team with various tasks as assigned Experience - Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of insurance is a plus but not a requirement - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in an office environment.
