Summary:
Assist in carrying out the administrative, operational, and strategic roles of the Human Resources department.
This position is on-site in our Spirit Lake, IA facility.
Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Tasks related to human resource planning and analysis Staffing, employee training and development Health and safety Employee and management relations Compensation and benefits the interpretation and application of applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations, and the development and/or application of all related policy and procedure.
Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relative field, preferred.
One to three years of relative experience to the responsibilities of this position, preferred EOE-Veteran's & Disabilities.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
