Their responsibilities take place primarily at night.
Either experience or some formal schooling in law enforcement or security work is preferred.
Applicants must be physically fit, honest, of good character and able to handle any emergency situations that arise.
The job also requires good public relations skills and a friendly, helpful, outgoing nature.
Valid driver's license required for full-time year-round employment with continuing employment contingent upon driving record passing a yearly insurance inspection.
